Constantly picking yourself apart thinking about all of the things that you could have said or done differently throughout the day. This constant self-criticism isn’t motivating you to change, it’s keeping you stuck.

You want to find your voice.

You fear rejection, confrontation, criticism, so you avoid showing up as your authentic self. We can’t truly achieve the things we want in life and feel gratified while we’re masking our true selves.

How would it feel to learn to trust your instincts? You may have experienced second guessing yourself so much that you no longer believe that gut feeling when it comes up.

1 to 1 Therapy

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re wanting to start again, you don’t have to do this alone. I provide a welcoming space and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life challenges. I recognize that each person is unique and deserving of individualized care. I collaborate with you to empower you on your journey of personal growth. I specialize in helping people process trauma and navigate complex family dynamics, while promoting healthier relationships and self-understanding. Together, we will work towards uncovering insights, developing coping skills, and fostering resilience to empower you in achieving lasting change and emotional well-being.

  • Feelings of shame, guilt, worthlessness

  • Life Transitions (starting/losing a job, dating, pregnancy, relocating to a new city, etc.)

  • Perfectionism, tendency to over-achieve, managing burn out, analysis paralysis

  • Boundary setting difficulties within relationships

  • Navigating the world of dating and attachment issues

  • Loss of needs/identity, recurring feelings of imposter syndrome

  • I currently accept Aetna, UHC, UMR, Oxford, Oscar Health and Meritain Health. If you’re unsure whether I accept your insurance, contact me and I can complete an eligibility check to confirm your status.

  • My Out-of-Network (OON) rate is $150 for a 45 minute session. If you have OON benefits you may be eligible for reimbursement for some of the cost that you pay out of pocket for our sessions. I provide you with the necessary paperwork for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

  • Therapy is different for each person based on their needs and therapeutic goals. During the intake process, we can discuss your specific goals and determine what a timeline might look like for you.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a treatment that relieves stuck memories, feelings and negative beliefs. It focuses on the root causes of what’s impacting your present day. EMDR can alleviate the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, amongst many other stressors.
